"Qaboosnameh" was written by Amir onsor al Ma'ali Kikavus bin Iskandar, one of the scholars of Al-Ziyar. He wrote this book in the year 475 AH as an instruction for the education of his son Gilan Shah about the customs of life and governance in forty-four chapters with simple prose that has useful points about various moral, social and historical issues. The purpose of this research is to answer the question, why is the concept of security instilled in some of the stories of onsor al Ma'ali? The resulting hypothesis is that this Amir Ziyari intended to make the concept of security clear and in a gentler language to the people of his time by giving such advice in the form of sweet and documented stories so that he could take an important step in establishing security in society to do. After describing the anecdotes, this article examines and analyzes the various dimensions of this issue about security using the library method. The findings show that this wise ruler considered the most important components of security in obeying the rulers, following the kings to the Almighty God, respecting parents, forming a family and having a strong army, protecting property and how to face enemies knows. Therefore, due to the novelty of the subject, it is necessary to conduct scientific research in this field.
