The organization of legal representation is a network that was formed by Imam Sadiq with specific goals. In this network, Imam, as the leader of the organization, had representatives in different parts of the Islamic world, and one of their duties was to collect khums from Shiites and deliver it to Imam. The issue of this research is the relationship between the organization of legal representation and Khums from the time of Imam Kazem until the end of Ghaibat Sughra. The result of the research shows that one of the goals of the organization of legal representation was to collect khums, and during the era of Imam Kazem, special attention was paid to khums due to the expansion of the geographical territory of Shiites, and the number of representatives of that Imam increased in different regions. During the period of Imam Reza and Imam Javad, the goals of this organization were pursued with more order and coherence. During the era of Imam Javad to Imam Askari, due to the atmosphere of oppression against the Shiites and the lack of access to the Imam, the representation network emphasized on pursuing the goals of the previous Imams, including collecting and delivering khums and preparing people for the age of Gheibat. In the era of Gheiat Sughra, special representatives of Imam Mahdi in the geography of Shiism collected and organized property, including khums, and through that, the relationship of Imam with Shiites was preserved. This article has investigated the relationship between the lawyer organization and Khums by collecting library data and using a descriptive-analytical method. The background of the research shows that the role of the organization of legal representation in receiving Khums has been given less attention with this approach.
