The northern banks of the Persian Gulf were conquered and converted to Islam by the forces that attacked from Bahrain and by sea. The present article will deal with the question of what factor or factors caused Shiism to enter and spread in these regions in the early centuries before Safavid era. This writing is organized by the method of description and analysis of the collected data, in a library style and by tracking in ancient sources and using historical and religious sources, with the aim of clarifying a corner of the history of Shiism and proving the existence of Shiism in the first centuries in the target areas and it has come to the conclusion that despite the formalization of Shiism during the Safavid period, when most of Iran's regions converted to Shiism, the people of the northern banks of the Persian Gulf were influenced by factors such as: 1. The presence of some Shiite agents, Sadat and Imam Zadegan, companions of the imams of this order. 2. The activity of some Shia sects 3. Shia uprisings and also 4. The efforts of scientists and scholars provided the ground for the entry of Shiism and not so widespread Shiism appeared in this region; And then it spread.
