Guide to editing and arranging articles

 

A) The general structure of the article

1. The subject or title contains the charm and novelty of the article;

2. Enter full name and surname based on the contents of the identity card, level of education, field of study, academic rank, department, name of university, e-mail, postal address, mobile number of the responsible author and other authors (it is necessary to determine the name of the responsible author);

3. Abstract including subject history, problem explanation, research background, question design, hypothesis statement, purpose of the article, research method and research findings in a maximum of 200 words;

4. Keyword containing a maximum of 5 related and basic words of the article;

5. Introduction Provides the general framework of the article in order to answer the main question and how to test the hypothesis and other issues raised in the abstract in a maximum of one page;

6. Examining the main concepts of the article, especially the concepts used in the title of the article and in the keyword in order to make the content of the article easier to understand;

7. As far as possible, provide a theoretical framework with the aim of moving in a specific format, avoiding scatterbrained and avoiding leaving the subject;

8. The text or body of the article consists of 4 to 6 sub-topics related to the title of the article in accordance with the framework presented in the abstract and introduction;

9. Conclusion means presenting the research findings and not summarizing or repeating the contents of the article and also offering suggestions for reviewing the findings and related cases;

10. Organizing the bibliography according to the method of arranging the addresses;

11. Insert charts, tables and images within the text of the article according to the subject (insert the title and number of tables at the top and insert the title of the figures and charts below it).

 

B) How to set the addresses

1. Enter the address of the sources used in the text and enter as follows:

(Surname of the author or authors, year of publication: page used)

If the source used has different volumes, it is necessary to insert the used volume.

If two or more works by one author are used, they should be distinguished alphabetically.

The dot at the end of the sentence, if it reaches the parentheses of the address, is placed before the parentheses, for example: .... (Asghari, 1392 A, J 2: 18)

Do not use the same or similar items if the source used is repeated immediately.

Addressing the verses of the Qur'an will be as follows: (Hajj: 18)

Citing sites is not valid in addressing.

In in-text addressing, there is no difference between a book, an article, an interview, and the like.

Latin translation of important names and concepts as well as necessary explanations should be briefly included in the subtitle.

Insert Latin source addresses as Persian addresses, such as: (Fukoyama, 1995: 21)

2. In the list of sources and references (bibliography), the addresses should be inserted as follows: For the book: Surname, name (year of publication of the work). Name of the work in italics, name and surname of the translator or proofreader, name of the place of publication, name of the publisher, cover used. For the article: Surname, name (year of publication). "Article name," Journal name in italics, journal number, month or chapter of publication, article pages. Other items: surname, name (year of publication), "subject", type of work or source (interview, lecture), exact date of the interview or lecture. Sources should be sorted alphabetically by last name. It is not necessary to insert "sh" in the solar sign after the year unless the year in question is not solar, in which case "q" "m" is used in proportion to the lunar and Gregorian year.
It is necessary to enter the solar equivalent of the Gregorian and lunar years at the same time, such as: 1391/2011 It is necessary to enter the year of the beginning and end of the government and also the year of birth and death of personalities and sultans, for example: Ghorian (786-673) and Ibn Sina ( 867-791).

It is necessary to use these addresses if not entering them will cause an error. Quotes over 40 words should be left unchecked. Quotations of less than 40 words are marked with a "" at the beginning and end of the text.

 

C) Other issues

1. The scientific level of the responsible author is at least an assistant professor. The academic level of one or more other irresponsible authors should not be less than the master's degree.

2. It is necessary to focus the submitted articles on a specific issue in the field of activity of the journal. Diagnosis is with the editor.

3. The article should be based on the components presented in the abstract, including the history of the subject, explanation of the issue, research background, question design, hypothesis statement, purpose of the article, research method and research findings.

4. Submitted articles must be the result of research by the responsible author and authors and have an innovative aspect.

5. The editorial board of the journal is free to reject, accept, publish and modify articles, and the details of the evaluations made are not provided to the responsible author in any way.

6. The authors are responsible for the content of the articles and the journal is not responsible for the views expressed in the articles.

7. Submissions should not be less than 20 and not more than 25 pages of 300 words.

8. Preparing and sending Latin and Arabic translations of the article abstract after its finalization is mandatory.

9. Translated and reviewed articles will not be accepted unless they are innovative.

10. Only articles that the responsible author undertakes to have previously published or not submitted to another publication at the same time can be reviewed.

11. It is possible to publish articles that have used first-hand sources in the subject under study and are also documented, reasoned, research and analytical and have a coherence of content, logical structure and fluent writing and are consistent with the approach of the journal.

12. Priority and delay of publication of articles is done by the decision of the editorial board.

13. Quoting the contents of the magazine by mentioning its name is not prohibited. It is recommended that authors refer to previous issues of the quarterly as much as possible in compiling articles.

14. The magazine welcomes any criticism and suggestions.

15. A certificate is issued for articles that have completed all the evaluation stages. Only the secretary can diagnose this issue.

16. Articles that are received only through the publication system are reviewed.
