Principles and Regulations on Treaties and Conventions in the Prophet’s(PBUH) period

Abstract

The prophet of Islam(PBUH) was trying to constitute a comprehensive political government and system from beginning of his invitation. When the Prophet (PBUH) established such a government in Medina, intensely endeavored to improve economy and realize economic justice with removing poverty and decreasing deprivations, regarding to the economic truth in the town (difficulties of life and poverty of some emigrants).
For instance, in terms of time, he contracted with Muslim and non-Muslim groups in that society which most of them were concerned to the main area of people life, the economy. The prophet utilized the financial resources derived from the contracts, to eliminate economic inequalities and achieve sustainable social justice. This study answers to the principles and regulations on treaties and conventions of the Prophet (PBUH) with the others. According to the research hypotheses, economic justice is the most prominent principle on these contracts.
