The Prophet’s mission (biʿtha) paved the way for transforming social behavior within the disordered society of pre-Islamic Arabia. The communication of divine verses to the people by the Messenger of God, which was accompanied by the introduction of principles and rules of social norms, had a profound impact on the evolution of the social behavior of the pre-Islamic Arabs. Our question is: What role did the personality of the Prophet Muhammad play in this behavioral transformation? The present article aims to describe and discover how the social behavior of the pre-Islamic Arabs was transformed by the Prophet Muhammad and to analyze the role of his personality traits in the transformation of the social behavior of the pre-Islamic Arabs. To achieve this goal, the method of studying historical documents and analyzing them has been used. According to the findings, the role of the Prophet Muhammad's personality traits, such as sincerity, gentleness, trustworthiness, honesty, infallibility, good reputation, simplicity, harmony of speech and action, good manners, eloquence, justice, and being an Ummī (unlettered), which made him a perfect role model, is prominent and undeniable in the evolution of the social behavior of the pre-Islamic Arabs.
